We had a cold winter to deal with and alot of wind in the
spring, things just didn't look very good. The fishing was
as good as I've seen it in 20 years. There were lots big
Redfish in the Spring and the Fall. The Mackerel run
started and the fish just kept on coming. The Trout spawn
started in May and went all the way to the end of June. The
phone kept ringing and the people kept coming. When
September came it never slow down. It was one of the best
years the Sarasota area has seen in a long time. Book your
trips early for the coming year so you get to date you're
looking for.

Linda Cape and her Family went fishing this morning in the
Gulf of Mexico. There were plenty of Key West grunt's and
grouper to be caught. The catch of the day was a 20 inch
Hog snapper.

Nathan Habhab from St. Louis, Missouri and Jon Green
went fishing in Sarasota Bay today. There were plenty of
Sheepshead, Black Drum and Trout to be caught.The
weather has been getting nicer, and there are plenty of
fish to be caught. February, March and April are booking

Elaine Blair and her boyfriend Steve Green went fishing
in the Gulf Mexico today. The weather was nice, and
there were plenty of snapper to be caught. The catch of
the day was a nice pair of lane snapper.

Harvey Eich and his friends went fishing today.The
target species was Redfish. We landed our limit of three

with their friends went fishing today in the Gulf of
Mexico. There were plenty of sheep said to be caught
and the guys always have a good time in the boat.

Mexico today. The grouper are out of season but there

went fishing in the Gulf of Mexico today. The
Sheepshead Spawn is going quite well and there were
many fish to be caught.

Darrell Dahi and his daughter were fishing in Sarasota
bay this morning. Several species of fish were caught,
redfish was the target species for their trip.

It was my dad's 80th birthday I took him and my uncle
and my brother Jon out. Fishing in the Gulf in Mexico
this morning , we managed to land several nice
grouper my dad had to catch of the day with the 30
inch gag grouper weighed 15 pounds.

David Gallagher and his kids went fishing in the Gulf
of Mexico is morning just off Lido key. We caught
several nice grouper and got into a school of permit.
We came back and did some fishing in the bay and
managed to catch some nice redfish.

Tunny, about 8 miles out.

Bay this morning. We caught trout, small sharks, and
a nice redfish.

Bay this morning. It was a beautiful day on the water.
We caught many trout and a nice redfish.

Chris Clarkin and the guys from fed-ex went fishing
this morning. A good time was had by all and there
were many species of fish caught. Excitement of the
morning was a Goliath grouper that broke the pole
off in the rod holder.

mackerel were biting well.

Mexico today with me. We got plenty of Spanish
mackerel, and Little Tunny. The catch of the day was
a Goliath grouper, estimated at 243 pounds.

went fishing just off Lido key in the Gulf of Mexico. It
was fathers day and Troy showed the boys what
fishing is all about. He landed a 21 pound cobia. The
boys were jealous.

Randy Daviadoff and his friend went fishing in
the Gulf of Mexico today. We were on the hunt
for large Barracuda. We landed several the
largest one was 25 pounds.
